“This restaurant was great. We were seated quickly, server was awesome, food was really good. One of the waiters even sung a Christmas song and received a round of applause. Staff is super friendly and professional, and you just don’t get that everywhere. If you’re not a big eater, I suggest sharing a dish with someone, portions are nicely sized.“

“I always go for the soup salad and breadsticks but this visit i was craving pasta so decided on the Alfredo. I was really disappointed because I make Alfredo sauce at home a lot and this one had absolutely zero flavor. Not sure if this is how it typically is but bland is an understatement. Service was amazing as well as the salad and breadsticks as always.“

“Excellent spot for old-school Chinese food. Good quality ingredients mixed with just the right amount of seasoning and spice. Slightly reminiscent of New York style Chinese restaurants with a little bit of a southern twist. Andrew, the owner, takes as much pride in his restaurant as anybody I’ve ever seen. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied and happy. If you like to sit down for a quick bite or load up the car to feed the family at home I highly recommend this place.“

“Today, after I my shift at work; my mom, younger sister and I ordered take out from this location of Panera Bread. My mother is a regular here, and always receives amazing and warm customer service. Today was the first time that I myself, had the pleasure of meeting this stores General Manager, Jay Ace. I am writing this review because Mr. Ace is exceptional General Manager, personally making sure my family and I were taken care of. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It is because of people like Jay Ace, that a business is successful and prosperous. I hope Mr. Ace can be promoted and well rewarded for his extraordinary efforts. My family and I, will always be regulars here!“

“This Panera Bread is outstanding. I was genuinely blown away by how clean and well-maintained the entire café was during my visit. Everything in the cafe from the dining area to the drink station was spotless.

The café crew was phenomenal and full of energy. Even during a busy time, they stayed upbeat, efficient, and welcoming. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it creates a positive atmosphere.

A special shoutout to Debbie, the manager. Her leadership shows in the cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere of the store.“

“Panera rarely disappoints! Customer service at the Northlake location was excellent. They had a brisk lunch crowd for inside and pick up orders. I got my refreshing lemonade with unlimited sips, a half sandwich and half salad combo, and of course that irresistible pecan braid! Lots of chicken in the salad and a healthy slice of the avocado ong with everything. I'll visit this location again!!“
