“This restaurant was great. We were seated quickly, server was awesome, food was really good. One of the waiters even sung a Christmas song and received a round of applause. Staff is super friendly and professional, and you just don’t get that everywhere. If you’re not a big eater, I suggest sharing a dish with someone, portions are nicely sized.“

Today was the first time that I myself, had the pleasure of meeting this stores General Manager, Jay Ace. I am writing this review because Mr. Ace is exceptional General Manager, personally making sure my family and I were taken care of. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It is because of people like Jay Ace, that a business is successful and prosperous. I hope Mr. Ace can be promoted and well rewarded for his extraordinary efforts. “Ate a soup and salad combo. Both were good portion sizes. Food tasted fresh and warm. Customer service representative was friendly and super patient while I had questions. He provided suggestions on a few of his favorite menu items, offered me water while I dined-in. Food came out very quickly!! Zero complaints - don’t let the other negative reviews stop you, I almost did and I’m glad I came instead.“

“Panera rarely disappoints! Customer service at the Northlake location was excellent. They had a brisk lunch crowd for inside and pick up orders. I got my refreshing lemonade with unlimited sips, a half sandwich and half salad combo, and of course that irresistible pecan braid! Lots of chicken in the salad and a healthy slice of the avocado ong with everything. I'll visit this location again!!“
