“I want to preface by saying that this cafe is a great place. I’ve been a regular customer here for well over a year. The employees are all kind and polite. They have a large variety of coffees, smoothies, refreshers, baked goods, breakfast and lunch foods. I’m pretty picky about my coffee, and their Snow White latte is amazing…. HOWEVER! The wait time for the drive thru can be ridiculous. I’ve waited 30 minutes for a single coffee MULTIPLE times. If you’re able to go inside and get your coffee, then definitely do so. However, for someone like me who uses the drive thru often because I have no other choice, it’s extremely frustrating. When my husband was deployed I would go through the drive thru to treat myself, with my newborn in tow, and would leave feeling beyond frustrated because the wait time would be so long that my newborn would wake up and inevitably proceed to scream the entire time we sat there. Now, my baby is 13 months, and the issue remains. He’ll be asleep in his car seat, I treat myself to a coffee, I sit and wait in the drive thru for so long that my baby wakes up and proceeds to scream. I place my order online each time, so it’s already paid for and it’s not like I can just leave the drive thru line. Please, have mercy on us who use the drive thru and improve the wait time. It feels like we get forgotten about and definitely not prioritized. It’s almost bad enough that I’m considering not returning. It’s just not worth the excessive long wait time.”

“I ordered over the phone for pick up. When I got to the restaurant I was greeted with smiles. The warmth of welcoming me generated off the owners of the place. The food was good. Homemade coleslaw, cornbread muffin, and seasoned fries helped make the meal. The cost is very affordable and with the size of the plates you get great value for what you pay. The plate had weight to it, it was not light. I took a few menus to place at work and I hope this place stays in business a long time. I highly recommended it for the hospitality, pricing value, and quantity of food you get.”

“Today on march5,2025 Wednesday me and my son Ricky and his friend Shawn had went there and we went inside and had ordered some food and the waitress that waited on us was very nice and friendly and she was very polite and kind and served us with fast food service and was coming back to our table to see if there was anything else that we needed and she done it all with a smile on her face and she was very professional in her job and she had a great attitude towards her customers that she waited on and yes I would recommend this restaurant to anybody because the food is really good and the waitress are very friendly and very nice and they treat u with respect and I have always enjoyed going to Ken’s grill and I will be going back again and again”

“very warm and welcoming.....they treat you like family the food is amazing....the whole place takes you back in time to your younger years...not many places that has that warm hospitality that they have ....and not many places that can remind you of your child hood like they can along with their food....I pass by maes everyday and I can smell what they are cooking and I always want to pull over just to go in and get a taste....this morning...a cloudy/rainy day....the smell of breakfast won me over ...I couldn't stand it...so I had to pull over just to get a bite...more than a bite lol....I wanted to taste home again....and sure enough I wasn't disappointed....ty ladies!!!
