My good (Pork) was good but my wife’s was way over spiced although the minute didn’t state.
My big complain is that the service was beyond terrible. Even getting a glass of water was a struggle.( took 4 requests)
We were really looking forward to dining at The Foundry after reading some positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was a letdown. The food simply didn’t live up to expectations. Our steaks were overcooked, completely missing the mark on how we had requested them. The frites came out cold, and the fish had a soggy texture that was unappealing. To make matters worse, the brisket sandwich wasn’t made to order and had to be sent back for a remake.
