“My sister and I ate there on Wednesday night. We ordered a large pizza. Didn't have to wait very long. The waitress was pleasant and served us well. The pizza was awesome! It was huge. We took half of it home. The price was reasonable for what we got, too.“

“The manager Crystal went over backwards to help me with my big order for Pleasant Hill Daycare on May 6th when an uber driver couldn't find us to deliver our order for staff appreciation. The manager remade the 2 pizzas the uber driver had riding around with. She held the rest of our order, and we went to pick up. She did not charge us for the 2 remake pizzas. Great customer service. THANK YOU!!!“

“I would hope this half cooked greasy pizza you call N.Y. style should never leave and Papa John’s store ever again. I absolutely thought it couldn’t get worse than Dominoes.. I was wrong. I don’t mind paying nearly $40 for to pies but 2 that a 12 year old can finish by himself….. DISGUSTED & BUSTED🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮“

“Gross. They don't wear gloves when making your pizza and touch everything doors cabinets cheese pepperoni etc and wipe their hands on their apron. I got sick. I knew I shouldn't of eaten it!!!“

“The server that waited on us was really polite, she took our order & after about 15 minutes I saw her talk with the cook and asked him where our order was and evidently he didn't receive the order or the order went somewhere else, I don't know. She took ownership of the problem and came back to the table and explained what had happened & said they were putting a rush on the order. While waiting for our food they had a order that didn't go to a table in the restaurant. I don't know if there is a glitch in the POS or what , but to me the GM & Owner need to communicate on this problem. Other than that, the pizza was really good and the mozzarella sticks were really good as well. Both of the ladies that worked today was doing the best job they could, and the one cook I give him props as well, he brought our pizza out & said he was sincerely sorry for the delay and what happened. So, the two ladies working & the one cook should be patted on the back for the job they did.“
