Never waited 30 minutes for a blizzard and fries in my life. Very rude staff. When I asked what the hold up was “fries” is my answer when five people have been fed already. Staff didn’t even know their own menu. Took me five tries to order one shake. Dirty floors and tables.
You could get faster service from a slug each time I’ve been there nobody ever answers the intercom. I have to drive up to the window. I try to come here on my lunch break, but they take so long.
I want to give 5 stars to the two young men who were the only ones working 8/13 it was very busy , lines were long , they communicated and apologized for the wait explaining they were the only two there . I think the owner should consider having more staff and a manager of some sort in duty . I can’t imagine the disgruntled customers these young kids have to deal with as service is extremely slow but they deserve to be recognized for handling that situation in such a excellent...read full review

Quick and friendly service, but the chili cheese dogs were disappointing with minimal cheese. The evening shift offered excellent customer service, making young children feel important with a variety of flavors. However, a customer was let down by the lack of burgers on the menu, expressing a desire for more variety in the food offered at the Dairy Queen location.
