“My favorite spot around! Staff is very friendly and they work hard/efficiently. The food is delicious and the portions are huge! The decor is cool, I think the building use to be an asian restaurant from the subtle decor. Check this place out for sure!“
“Fast service, pretty waitresses, banging food, plenty of drink options, kind expensive, but its really worth it frfr... Everything is jus sooo authentic &it's very flavorful... I love the atmosphere too, very Hispanic themed... It feels like your not even were U are at the moment, issa 10 out of 10 for me?“
“This is a nice local Mexican restaurant that provides some very delicious meals. There is some remodeling going on, so can be tricky to navigate around. Had a little trouble finding the place and the signage did not make it readily apparent that they were open.Firstly, the portion sizes are quite generous. Secondly, the preparation is delicious. The meals were similar to some of the nicer Mexican restaurants that we have been in lately but without the higher prices. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful, being attentive to our needs. Appears to be frequented by locals, so that usually tells you something.“
“This is a great place for quesadillas! I've tried a few different items on their menu, but their quesadillas are my favorite by far. Everyone I've talked to has been super helpful whenever I've had questions. Anyways - you might spend a few more bucks than you would at, like, a fast food chain - but you're definitely getting what you pay for. The quesadillas are f a t. One could be a whole meal for a regular person with a regular appetite, but I usually get two! They're just that good, and I guess I'm just that fat, haha. They also have Jarritos, which is very swag of them. Seriously, though, they are very nice folks and you should really stop by. And maybe give the ice cream parlor beside it a chance, too!“
“Good food from an impromptu stop! While traveling we decided we were hungry so I turned to yelp. This was the only restaurant that showed up but oh my it was good! I love street tacos with carnitas and these did not disappoint! Pair that with a Mexican coke and you've got the perfect lunch.“
“This is our weekly Mexican spot. We love to sit down and immediately start munching on the chips and salsa. There's enough dishes that you can switch it up every visit. Ask for Tanya or Guadalupe! They are the kindest servers and really make us enjoy going there!“
“I like this place because it's authentic, not American-ized food. I'm the only non-hispanic in the place. I ordered shrimp, chicken, and carnitas tacos. 3.99 for 4 small shrimp is a bit pricey for that taco, and the corn tortillas not doubled up. So eating with a fork as it tore immediately from the sauces. Shrimp was OK, chicken better, but the flavor was in the carnitas. They offer a salsa toppings bar but not self-service. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Other toppings as cheese, sour cream, salsa, for a price. A lime piece for each one adds nice citrus touch. I'm glad it's local, so I don't have to drive to Raleigh for authentic Latin American/ Hispanic food. Saw other items on the menu I'd like to try.“
“Okay. March 15th, 2024,...I took Lori and I out on a whim to a little Mexican joint just for the heck of it. Hole in the wall type of place...DUDE. This place is epic. Diego, our hosts/waiter was awesome. We got a super burrito and several tacos loaded.Everything was made in house....and we could tell... The tortillas, the Verde sauce, everything. I'm a musician and I know that charisma goes a long way, and Diego is awesome. Lori and I had one hell of a time tonight getting a few things. The prices are reasonable.... however, the atmosphere with Diego and his family is what made the random trip most awesome..“
