I usually don't bash customer service. But yesterday was the worst customer service I've had in awhile. They took our food to the wrong table. Then most of it was cold(even though the manager discounted it) Our waiter Larry didn't refill our drinks, didn't come to ask how everything was, didn't ask if we wanted dessert, etc. I could go on and on about how bad he was. Then as we were leaving almost the entire crew was outside smoking. OMG
Every time I dine alone either at the bar or at a table my appetizer ALWAYS comes out with my steak. 2 person booths share seat with next table so when they move you go up and down. Waitress asked many times if I was OK like they should be not before my food comes out. Like 3 times. The hardest working person tonight had to be the manager. She was cleaning and moving around alot. Only kudos to her. This is my third and last try at this location.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful late lunch. Our apps and main meal were delicious and filling. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Customer service was excellent. We will visit again soon.
