This place is unique in it's atmosphere and foods. It is hard to explain it, but this place serves food that is tasty, juicy and not the same as anywhere on Duke campus. Definitely recommend do go at least once.
We were visiting Duke Chapel, and the guide advised us that this was right inside the Divinity School right next door to the Chapel (makes sense) and open to the public, so we gave it a try, following the signs, turned down a corridor and down a staircase with a big chandelier, past a small chapel where a worship group was singing hymns, to this place. IDK if this is the same place. After touring Duke University Chapel, we were hungary... and Trip Advisor said that this place was 280' away. So we kinda roamed... and followed our nose. We walked down the common towards the Duke statue... and made a right at the next commons sidewalk... and walked in the first door on the right. The first thing we saw was a crepe place... with some grab and go items. We were underwhelmed. And then I happened to walk IDK into the next section behind...read full review
