The hot fudge brownie Sunday is THE BEST!!!!
Sinfully good shakes, I had the Chocolatier, light on the whipped cream. They don't skimp on the chocolate, and also offer several types of chocolate confections which looked amazing. Very friendly folks, too.
First time coming up. It's such a fun and vibrant place and exceptional service! The Raspberries & Cream Shake is where it's at 😋... Thank you

Based on the reviews, MilkShake Factory Downtown Durham offers great milkshakes, including a delicious Banana Foster shake made with actual fresh bananas, a caramel toffee cappuccino milkshake, and a delicious strawberry milkshake. The quality is really good, and the shakes look just like the photo on the menu. The atmosphere is very nice with plenty of milkshake options, other sweets, and plenty of seating area. The staff is welcoming and conversationable, with little to no wait time. Non-dairy milkshakes are amazing and taste just like regular milkshakes. The only downside is it is a little pricey, but it is worth it. The consistency of the shakes varies depending on the shift.
