We went to lunch at NuvoTaco today and it was amazing. The environment, food and management was incredible!!
Mixed feelings about this place. It was my first time trying it and it’s takeout only at the moment. I ordered the tuna bowl and it came with chips and salsa. The tuna bowl was phenomenal. Really well balanced and the ingredients were evenly distributed throughout the bowl. The chips though were stale and the salsa verde was not traditional tomatillo based and was sweet. So big points for how amazing the tuna bowl was but disappointed by the chips and salsa.

NUVOTACO is a friendly and welcoming spot offering great food at affordable prices. The menu features amazing tacos with generous portions of meat, served with chips and salsa. The garlic beef tacos are a great value, and margaritas are excellent. The outdoor seating area, including a small bar, is a lovely spot to relax. While the staff may not speak much English, those who know Spanish will have no issues ordering. Parking can be challenging during peak hours, but Sundays and off-peak hours are easier. The food could use a little more seasoning, but the value and quality are good. The grilled shrimp tacos and street corn are especially delicious. With a technically unlimited salsa and toppings bar, NUVOTACO is a fun and interesting dining experience.
