Placed an online order for pick up arrived at 8:45, it says they close at 9. The doors were locked and they shooed me away. Id love a refund but i probably wont recieve one.
Horrible customer experience here. We ordered a buy one get one sub based on a common promotion offered to us via their app. They only gave us one sub. They would not provide us the second sub. There was no manager to talk to and the workers did not care and did not offer to help us at all.
The manager is very rude. One night we ordered subs for dinner and got home to find they toasted our sandwiches with all the toppings, and warmed up cucumbers and tomatoes lettuce cooked and not fresh, shriveled spinach. I took them back and asked her politely remake them. She made a huge deal about it and started talking trash about me to the younger hispanic girl in spanish, she must-have not known that I knew spanish, I called her out on this. She's rude.
