True Flavors Diner is a popular spot for brunch, especially on Sundays after church. The restaurant's aesthetic is top-notch, with a cozy atmosphere that may make you feel like you're part of the conversation at the neighboring table. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including the highly-recommended blueberry chicken biscuit, French toast, and duck sausage biscuit. The atmosphere combines a throwback diner vibe with Louisiana style cooking full of flavor and hearty options. Food can arrive quickly, and the service is generally attentive and friendly, though some dishes like the crab omelet and fried chicken may be slightly underseasoned. The French toast, pork chop, and southern egg sandwich are considered phenomenal by many. Parking can be limited in front of the restaurant, but larger parking in the shopping center is available. To avoid long wait times, arriving early before 9 am is recommended. Overall, True Flavors Diner is a great spot for a delicious breakfast or brunch, and its popularity makes it a regular choice for many customers.
