“The Liberty Catering Company catered our wedding weekend at Roaring River Vineyards on October 31-November 1, 2025. They provided an amazing pasta dinner with salad and breadsticks for our rehearsal dinner, and dropped off both breakfast and lunch on our wedding day, ensuring we were actually able to eat. The reception itself was amazing. The taco bar was perfect and appetizers were delicious. The catering staff on site kept us well fed, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. From planning the event with Suzanne to the actual execution, it was seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.“
