“They serve tofu but it only comes fried. I asked for it grilled but they said it would fall apart. That tells me they don't know how to properly cook it, because it's so easy to do! You put it on the grill and cook each side until it has a golden crust. Add salt and pepper, then slice it. After you slice it, you toss it until you make the other sides golden brown. Then you hit with a little soy sauce. I would eat here two-three times a week if you sold grilled tofu! A lot of bariatric patients have trouble eating meat and don't eat fried foods! Plus, I've tried your fried tofu and it's terrible. You can't reheat fried tofu either because it gets too hard.“
