“I called to place a ToGo order late morning. I could tell from the background noise they were busy. The girl who took my order, was very nice, did not rush to get me off the phone, read my order back to me..I picked up 20 minutes later. It was packed, people were waiting for seats to open up. As the girl was bagging my food, I looked around at the ENTIRE crew working there, and they were top notch, (organized, helpful to each other, uniforms were neat and not sloppy, very nice, smiles on their faces). I couldn't help.but think, is this being filmed for a WH training video...lol) This was such a refreshing experience to see this in a workplace. Thank You!!!“

“We were seated almost immediately. We came around noon so the breakfast rush was over. Place seemed clean. Our server was the sweetest. I think her name is Kelly. Food came promptly and was delicious. I had strawberry pancakes and my husband had an omelet. Nice portions too. Hot chocolate was the best! I would recommend !“

“Ok so we have came twice now while traveling and this visit was absolutely phenomenal! DD was a blast and was so wonderful with my three young daughters. She definitely made the experience well worth eating there.Kid-friendliness: DD was so kind and spoke to my girls with so much care as well as one of her coworkers (I wish I could remember her name). They talked to my middle daughter, who asked about the pictures on the wall, about the history of the fashion they use to have at Waffle House.“

“We met friends here on a Saturday. The breakfast guests had just left and lunch was beginning so it wasn't crowded at all when we went. It was beginning to get busy by the time we left. They don't serve what some people call "dinner" since they are only open until 2:00. But in the south, we call lunch, dinner. We call dinner "supper". We each had something different and it was all delicious: fried catfish, fried okra, onion rings, Reuben, fries, house salad, coffee, tomato basil soup, grilled cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, cornbread, jello with whipped topping, apple caramel pie with ice cream, grilled cheese, fried chicken, yummy!!! And the server, Jay, was there to meet our every need. We'll definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables to choose from. There should be plenty of options to choose from. They were out of coke slaw, but making more when we were there.Dietary restrictions: They offered sugar free optionsParking: Huge parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very friendly to all ages and made everyone feel welcome. The kids meals were designed just for them. (Smiley pancakes, etc..)Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to climb, easily accessible.“
