“When it comes to goodness...where do I begin!!! ALL of the wonderful personalities that make up the Blue Ridge Bakery are delightful! Each one made me feel at home and welcomed! The Zucchini Cornbread is to die for!!! and each kind of Quiche holds a special place in my heart and stomach. The pastries are crafted with love and are more than delectable! I attempted to sample a different one each day and then switched each day between my favorites-The Cappucino-Chocolate Muffin- The heavenely Cinnamon Roll and The various Danishes--AND the SWEET POTATO CHILI Oy Vey!!!!- They even had Challah which made my Friday and Saturdays... The 94 days that I have been in Brevard have been made even sweeter because of you-The Blue Ridge Bakery!!!! A person could go there EVERY DAY and find awesomeness.. I know, i tried! -May you continue to flourish and be a blessing to Transylvania County...and beyond..... I Love you!!!- KiKi“
“What great treats and good folks!!! I took my daughter today and we will definitely be back soon! I had no idea what Boba Tea was before my daughter explained it to me. The good folks at Sips & Sweets educated me and set me up with my first one! I loved it! This store has all kinds of fun trinkets, stickers, clothes, and stuffed items. The store was VERY easy to get to and parking behind it was a breeze. Make sure you check out Sips & Sweets soon!!!“

“We were visiting from out of town recently and on our last full day of vacay we drove to Fletcher Village Bakery and Cafe for coffee and bkfst. The food, service, and friendliness and professionalism of the staff were beyond compare. It was the BEST egg sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Come on, you say. It's just an egg sandwich! What's the big deal?!? But I can tell you it was hands down the best ever. Fresh, hot and delicious. The gods live in the details, and this place has nailed it.“
