The Zucchini Cornbread is to die for!!! and each kind of Quiche holds a special place in my heart and stomach. The pastries are crafted with love and are more than delectable! I attempted to sample a different one each day and then switched each day between my favorites-The Cappucino-Chocolate Muffin- The heavenely Cinnamon Roll and The various Danishes--AND the SWEET POTATO CHILI Oy Vey!!!!- They even had Challah which made my Friday and Saturdays... The 94 days that I have been in Brevard have been made even sweeter because of you-The Blue Ridge Bakery!!!! A person could go there EVERY DAY and find awesomeness.. The food, service, and friendliness and professionalism of the staff were beyond compare. It was the BEST egg sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Come on, you say. It's just an egg sandwich!
