Worse service! 3 girls are at the counts, but no one there to take order until I ask whom Ito talk for the order! Even worse- they pointing each others! Even try to confront me that I snatch the receipt! These youngsters need serious customer care training!
My experience at Baskin-Robbins was utterly disappointing, thanks to the incompetence and rudeness of the light-skinned boy with curly hair behind the counter. Not only did he give me the wrong ice cream flavor, but when I informed him of my nut allergy, he made a sarcastic remark, showing a complete lack of respect for my health concerns.
