Amazingly delicious
Bojangles New automated drive through ordering is a disaster. It is constantly interrupting you to upsell you stuff, making it impossible to get your order right. This isn't brand new either, and it's by design, they care more about upselling you than they care about your experience. I feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with non-stop irate customers who are justifiably frustrated at the extreme enshittification of the Bojangles experience

Bojangles serves delicious chicken that beats other popular chains. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, this location can be extremely slow, with long wait times even for their signature chicken. Customers often experience delays, sometimes waiting over an hour for their orders, even when ordering ahead through the app. Despite these issues, the food, including the Bird Dog and Bo-Berry Muffins and Cookies, is usually good when it finally arrives.
Customers have noted that the quality can be hit or miss, with some meals being amazing while others are disappointing. There have been reports of missing items, such as Mac n cheese and biscuits, and some customers have received dry and old sandwiches or chicken tenders. Portions seem to be getting smaller, and there are complaints about cold fries and overly salty food. Overall, while Bojangles has great potential, consistency in service and food quality is an ongoing concern.
