“Having years of experience in restaurants, I can say that this place has amazing food but unfortunately they aren't in an amazing building and that impacts inspections without having any reflection on the business itself. Tried wings with 3 different sauces & all were great. Catfish was on point and fries were outstanding. The peach drink had me at first taste...like tasting a sweet fresh peach... with a little extra sugar. You get what you pay for and then some but do not sleep on this place“

“Review of Crown Chicken – Ramsey Street, Fayetteville (Visited 7/10/25) I visited Crown Chicken on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville on July 10, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the two-piece white meal, and the portion size was perfect, not oversized to the point where you’d suspect growth hormones, but just right. The chicken was tender and juicy, with a crunch that was simply amazing. It was loaded with flavor, and best of all, it was cooked fresh to order. I waited about 5-6 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. For my sides, I chose collard greens and potato salad. Both were served in generous portions and tasted delicious. The cashier was friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean, neat, and pleasantly cool making it a great escape from the summer heat while I dined in. I strongly recommend Crown Chicken if you’re craving some truly good fried chicken!“

“The customer service was not the best. The manager was talking to the employee as she was talking to me and had to ask me my name twice. Because she was all into their conversation and forgot my name.
The pizza is better than the flatzz. The flazz really didn't have flavor.“

“after a long shift at work me and my co workers wanted wings stop and the closest one is around 40 minutes which was this location. from the moment we walked in we were greeted and laughing and all of the staff was friendly and amazing. the manager was amazing and 10/10 customer service, I love the store he has and he is doing amazing. did i mention it was so clean! 10/10 i never leave reviews but they deserved this one.“

“The young lady that was at the register was extremely rude. The food was as good as it looks. I ordered 1 Large pizza, 1 Large calzone, and 3 chocolate chip cookies. The calzone was raw on the inside. The crust to the pizza was very hard to chew. The cookies were okay. I would not recommend any food to anyone. My husband and I have tried their food a lot and each time the calzone is under cooked. Try at your own risk.

They changed the person behind the register!! The woman that was there today was very courteous, quick, and efficient. Apparently their power had just turned back on when I placed my order. She made our food without missing a beat and provided wonderful customer service. The food looked and tasted much better than last time. We bought a small buffalo chicken pizza and a large calzone.“

“This place was clean and poppin on a Friday lunch. Stopped by while in the area and was impressed by it all. The Philly was one of the best I’ve had in a minute. Added a side of okra and love every bite of all of it. Will def be heading back to the area to find this spot again.“
