This cicis location is very consistent. I love coming here. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. I come almost weekly at this point😅. I wish people had a bit more courtesy and would clean up behind themselves but hey everyone ain't raised right. You wont be dissatisfied here!
The balloon artist is very entertaining!
