“Front end service E.G; walk in was the best I have experienced in OVER 10 YRS! Her name is Bryanna! THE MOST CHARISMATIC AND ATTEMPTING TO ACCOMMODATE WHAT I WAS ASKING. Needless to say it was refreshing and appreciated. I will be going back to visit her again.“

“We had the best dinner ever here at KFC, the potato bowl was very tasty. But the cashier was our surprise, she brought our dinner to our table instead of calling out for us to pick up the dinner. Very clean place to go to eat. Come see for yourself.“

“Visit this location frequently and some times it’s a hit or miss so I asked the gentleman working there if I can have my items fresh and he ask the manager she explained how long the chicken sits out for and how long it can sit out to he served but I still wanted mines fresh. she did advise me of the wait time and the whole time I was there she kept saying sweetheart I haven’t forgotten about you it’s still cooking. I called back to get her name to include her in the review and spoke with a different manager Katrina who was awesome, respectful and really tried to see who was on shift the day. I appreciate the professionalism because now a days we don’t get that !!“

“Great location and great people (especially James Hamm and Daynia McDonald)! I placed an online order and on my way to pick up, was involved in a 3 car accident. After an hour, I went to get my food but it had been sitting there ready for a while. I explained the situation and Daynia immediately went to James so see about remaking my order. He said absolutely but let me know there would be a wait on chicken. (Making it fresh and everything!) Daynia asked me if I was ok and reassured me that everything would be well and they would help me with their service. She even provided me a drink while I waited for my food. I went out to my car to see about my rear end damage and James came out to see about helping me. He assisted me with finding a way to keep my truck door closed since the latch would not close properly and even advised/informed me to jerryrig a way to make sure the trunk was light off to not drain my battery.Daynia brought out my food and again gave me positive help and reassurance. Again, amazing people and amazing customer service. Really helped turn a bad night into a bad night with fresh food. Great service!“

“I came about 10p.m.and the was some of the best tasting kfc original recipe chicken I've tasted in a long time.The manager was also very helpful and courteous.I definitely recommend this kfc.I wrote this on another kfc, from Fay.but I looked at the receipt this is correct one.I am from S.C.“

“The food was great, original tasty chicken tenders and biscuits. I recommend getting the macaroni and mashed potatoes as well. If you go inside and eat I recommend not looking too close at the kitchen, usually it's always a hot mess in there. As for the dining area it's got that nostalgic feel to it.

“Best KFC I ever been too…hands down! Great customer service, the food is always fresh & the inside is upkept/cleaned CONSTANTLY. I cannot recommend this location enough. If corporate needed an example of a perfect KFC location, this would be the one to use!

Additional shoutout to Mr. Charles! When he’s making your food, you know you in good hands. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, & very fast. I highly recommend the management in this location promote him immediately. The COL would be proud LOL“

“The reviews are making it worse much then it ought to be. Came in abt 4-5ish there’s was a super nice young lady working the register, we hade a great chat and she always had a smile on her face, super helpful gave me anything I needed like sauce or silverware, all the workers there called me pretty which was such a compliment, even though they are a little slow they did they best they could getting to food out to me. I think it just depends on the right workers at the right time. U can’t expect to have an attitude with them and for them to be nice, and u can’t always expect for everything to be perfect if they are in a lunch rush they are gonna mess up but be polite abt it don’t get angry it just makes the energy in there so much worse. I recommend tbh“
