“Great experience here!

I’ve been a sushi man for a long time, but this was my first experience with a poke bowl. You see, I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome, which makes me allergic to all mammal meats and byproducts. Yes, I am allergic to beef, pork, dairy, etc.

To make matters worse, I travel for work. Every week I am on the road averaging 1,000-1,500 miles.

Since my diagnosis 7 months ago, I have had to be very careful where I eat. Simplicity and availability have limited me to 2-3 restaurants. Needless to say, those restaurants got old…FAST!

So, I decided to try something new tonight and, man, am I glad I did! The young man behind the counter, “Z”, took excellent care of me. He listened to my allergy concerns and helped me pick out something I could have. He suggested three of the hottest sellers. He even made several trips to the back to read labels on various products.

I hope Poki Bowl is taking great care of “Z”…because he’s sure taking great care of customers!

“Everyone in this restaurant are the most wonderful people you could ever have an interaction with. Every single employee. My subs have to be made a special way because of my autistic son. I'm there every Friday and his subs are always made perfectly. They get started on them as soon as I walk inside and at times before I've made it out of the parking lot. Our sodas were flat and she heard us mentioning it tasted bad and she stopped what she was doing and asked if she could get us another one… after eating our son wanted the ice cream instead of the toy so she again came over and asked if she could get that. So we just made it a family date night and she made it even more special. Keep doing what you are doing from your heart sweet girl. You are beautiful people pleaser. “This is by far my favorite chick fil a and I absolutely adore all of the employees. I went in, I was having such a terrible terrible day and the cashier, I never catch her name, but she was absolutely the sweetest and made my entire week. Whatever they are getting paid, it’s not enough. They all deserve raises. It’s rare to find fast food places with good food AND good service, but this is one of those places.“

“The young lady that was at the register was extremely rude. The food was as good as it looks. I ordered 1 Large pizza, 1 Large calzone, and 3 chocolate chip cookies. The calzone was raw on the inside. The crust to the pizza was very hard to chew. The cookies were okay. I would not recommend any food to anyone. My husband and I have tried their food a lot and each time the calzone is under cooked. Try at your own risk.

They changed the person behind the register!! The woman that was there today was very courteous, quick, and efficient. Apparently their power had just turned back on when I placed my order. She made our food without missing a beat and provided wonderful customer service. The food looked and tasted much better than last time. We bought a small buffalo chicken pizza and a large calzone.“

“Having years of experience in restaurants, I can say that this place has amazing food but unfortunately they aren't in an amazing building and that impacts inspections without having any reflection on the business itself. Tried wings with 3 different sauces & all were great. Catfish was on point and fries were outstanding. The peach drink had me at first taste...like tasting a sweet fresh peach... with a little extra sugar. You get what you pay for and then some but do not sleep on this place“

“I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Latoya. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me place my catering order.

I was on a time crunch today and she made sure everything was ready when I arrived. All of my requested were fulfilled down to the tee.

She also realized that I accidentally placed my catering order for 9/10 when it should have been 9/9. She proactively called me 20 mins prior to my arrival to confirm it was for 9/10. When I realized the mistake, she was able to put a rush in and have everything prepped upon my arrival. Thank you Latoya!“

“The restaurant is always clean, and food usually prepared well, HOWEVER, today I ordered 2 of the bagel chicken sandwiches, and both of them were sorely lacking in chicken. I've had them before, and they were great. Today, not so much.“

“Delicious food but very little food for the cost. I love Zaxby’s but every time we go we get less and less fries...to the point I can see the bottom of the box when we open it. They chose the container size, it should be full. I don’t get 1/3 of the container of fries at any other restaurant.“

“I frequent this chick FIL an often and the last few months I have been coming across the same team member, Eddie. Truthfully, every worker I come across here is so kind but he has always stood out and has a smile on his face and radiates such joy!

It’s really nice to continually go shopping or out to eat, see the same smiling face, and have a fantastic experience.

And on top of that, The food is always hot, they have NEVER gotten my order wrong and it’s always clean and quick!

She took down all my information so that I could come the next day to pick up my order, and she was there to help me when I came in! Super nice, super understanding, and the food was super good! Too bad Popeyes on Bragg BLVD can’t follow this example of good, fast service.“
