My wife and I stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located. I was tired upon returning to the room on the first day, so we decided to give it a try. The special was Caribbean chicken. We were open for anything and said "what the heck". All I can say is "amazing". The chicken was spiced perfectly, and the mac and cheese tasted homemade.
