HL Catering was amazing to work with from day 1. When I jumped on a call with Meredith to learn more about HL in the beginning of our planning process, she started the call by asking about my fiancé and what food we like to eat together. That was so refreshing considering every other caterer gave me a pdf file with a list of choices to pick from. Our menu was custom from start to finish and every single bite was amazing! My fiancé and I are both celiac so it was very important that we had a menu that was 100% gluten-free so we didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Even though the menu was 100% gluten-free we didn’t sacrifice flavor at allllll! Some fan favorites from the night were the burrata bar, bananas foster station, and champagne cotton candy!! No one left hungry! If you’re looking to have your guest RAVE about your wedding food for months to come, you have to book with HL! We will 100% be using them in the near future for all of our catering needs.“
