We looked at a number of different catering options, and it was clear after our tasting that Unforgettable Food Affairs/Raleigh Catering was something special. The food was so good that we ended up happily paying extra for additional sides and appetizers. April and her staff are super friendly and accommodating and have great attention to detail, even coming to our venue walkthrough. The temperature of the food was just right, and we received so many compliments on the food. We did a Southern BBQ style and both the out-of-towners and the local Southerners were raving about it. “Great views of the airport tarmac and just the outside with large windows. Inside and outside seating was great!! We had a group of 8. Nacho appetizer was phenomenal and my favorite of all I tried. Spinach and artichoke was good but a little bland (a little more seasoning and it could be spot on). Several got salads that they all liked. Several got quesadillas and loved them. One got brisket which was good but cut too thick which made it difficult to bite. I got smoked chicken breast which I did not finish. It was over cooked and very dry. The chicken did have a good smoke flavor that was not over powering. The cheese in my Mac n cheese curdled so was not my fav side. You can't go wrong for the atmosphere. Even though there were a few things I didn't like I will still try again.“
