“If you're looking for catering for an event, look no further. We looked at a number of different catering options, and it was clear after our tasting that Unforgettable Food Affairs/Raleigh Catering was something special. The food was so good that we ended up happily paying extra for additional sides and appetizers. April and her staff are super friendly and accommodating and have great attention to detail, even coming to our venue walkthrough. The temperature of the food was just right, and we received so many compliments on the food. We did a Southern BBQ style and both the out-of-towners and the local Southerners were raving about it. We will definitely be using Unforgettable Food Affairs again in the future!“

““This was the best wedding food I’ve ever had” - many of our guests at our wedding!! Forget wedding food, this is some of the best food I’ve ever had! HL Catering was amazing to work with from day 1. When I jumped on a call with Meredith to learn more about HL in the beginning of our planning process, she started the call by asking about my fiancé and what food we like to eat together. That was so refreshing considering every other caterer gave me a pdf file with a list of choices to pick from. Our menu was custom from start to finish and every single bite was amazing! My fiancé and I are both celiac so it was very important that we had a menu that was 100% gluten-free so we didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Even though the menu was 100% gluten-free we didn’t sacrifice flavor at allllll! Some fan favorites from the night were the burrata bar, bananas foster station, and champagne cotton candy!! No one left hungry! If you’re looking to have your guest RAVE about your wedding food for months to come, you have to book with HL! We will 100% be using them in the near future for all of our catering needs.“
“ECJ Winstons Catering Company produced a truly stellar meal for our Durham County Bar Foundation 160-person charity benefit - in a barn with significant limitations in terms of keeping food warm! From planning the menu and working within our budget to significant customization for food allergies, Joyce and her team were consummate professionals, clearly accustomed to working much, much larger events. And we were of course DELIGHTED with the tasty food! From entrees to desserts, the food was exceptional, plentiful, and beautifully presented. We have had MANY compliments to share but the most common are these two: the baked chicken was moist and flavorful, and the BBQ (pulled pork) was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Food cooked off-site rarely makes it to the plate fully intact, but ECJ and Joyce clearly have the secret figured out. Thank you so much, we hope to work with you again in the future!“
“We have had 4 or 5 different meals (pineapple chicken, 2 Mediterranean chicken, and a couple salmon dishes) from CaCo now and we have been so pleased with each one! One pan easily feeds my family of 6. The flavors are so delicious and the meat is always tender and moist. It makes a busy weeknight dinner so easy! I highly recommend giving them a try!“

“Jimmy came and cooked for us tonight and man can he really cook on top of that he was a very nice person. We had crab cakes for an appetizer lobster tail, steak, potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Not only was it the best meal I’ve ever had each item on the menu was the best I’ve ever had.
