The one on south new Hope always get the drive through order wrong and does not care. When it is brought to their attention they messed up the order they act like it’s a big inconvenience to give customers the correct order.
This location is doing downhill fast. Rude service and slow lately
This bojangles sent cold food out on Uber Eats, we know because we tracked the order from pick up. It’s a 7 minute drive to our home and it was all cold. Also they served us spoiled unsweetened tea, we wanted sweet tea. Ordered 7/14/26 at lunch time.
