“My mother an I was coming back from a Drs. Appointment a stopped in due to a good review from a nurse. First the staff was very welcoming, nice, friendly, and positive. We are from Virginia, so this was a treat since we are from a small town. The food was absolutely marvelous an delicious. I highly recommend and I suggest hot level of 2, not 3 or above. “Omg this place has the best chicken strips. And the onion rings are the best around. To be honest the chicken strips are better than restaurants who do nothing but chicken. They have nothing on The seafood shack. These chicken strips melt in your mouth so do the onion rings. My husband loves their popcorn shrimp. He said they were the best he had. I will always get my chicken strips from the shack from now on.”

When you order, you know exactly what to expect (unless you are a new customer. In that case, be prepared for a different tasting bbq sandwich).”

“This is the best seafood restaurant around. My husband & I were celebrating our anniversary & had plans to go to another seafood restaurant when our daughter in law suggested Coronet. Everything about this place is awesome. Ample parking. Spacious dining area. Friendly staff. Short wait time. Excellent food. Attentive waitresses. Plenty of menu options. What else can anyone ask for?We saw quite a few cars when we got there & expected a wait but the restaurant is large enough to accommodate a lot of people. We were seated immediately & got our drinks & they brought some complimentary hush puppies.The food came to the table quickly & someone came out from the kitchen to make sure the food was ok. We had the most amazing waitress & the entire dining experience was wonderful. We were taking a couple of boxes home & the cashier offered to put them in a bag which was really nice. They also offer a 4% discount if you pay in cash. This was the best restaurant experience I've ever had & I'm looking forward to returning. You just can't go wrong here. They deserve more than 5 stars.”

“I’ve been in Kville for 10 years. Decided to go to this location, (finally..don’t know why I’ve never been). I’m originally from SoCal, and my man is from TX, so we know good Mexican food. Hands down, this place is best I’ve been to in this area. We had chips and salsa almost before we sat down. Waiter (Gustavo I think his name was), was super friendly, and helpful, and went above and beyond for us. The food was awesome, and the service exceptional. Not to mention, the reasonable price… and it was with 3 beers!!! We thought they didn’t charge us for something initially. lol. Anywhoo…highly recommend. Stupidly forgot to take pictures, but my Tejano man said he wished he could’ve hugged the cook!! ?”
