“This McDonalds usually does a great job as far as service goes. The only thing I have to say is that my medium fry was definitely slack, and they weren't very hot. :( I'm assuming it was probably the last of the fries they had available. Other than that, mcdoubles were the usual, and my sweet tea was delicious.“
“Let me start first by saying ,The employees that take the money at the drive threw is always very friendly. At the pick up window , he needs to be replaced. An older (Mexican Man).ALWAYS have a attitude. Never greet you are ever have a smile for the customers. And don't ask for condiments, he REALLY gets a ATTITUDE. He needs MORE TRAINING in Customer service ASAP.“

“I visited the McDonald's at 2740 US-117 in Goldsboro around 8:30 PM. My initial order of chicken nuggets and fries was disappointing – the fries were cold and old. However, John, an employee, completely turned my experience around. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make things right, even braving the rain to bring me fresh fries. What would have been a four-star experience became a five-star one, all thanks to John's exceptional customer service“
“The only complaint I have is with the new straws. They are so soft and flimsy I was unable to push it into the hole in top of the cup. After some difficulty I managed to get it in. After a few sips , straws collapsed rendering it unusable. The new straws aren't worth it. They need to go back to the old straws which are a lot more durable. Next time I'm at McDonald's I'm telling them No straws for me.You can toss them in the trash. Whoever decided to get rid of the old straws and get the new ones are not very smart.“
