I tried to order some apparel online and it was a complete disaster. I placed the order on 10/31. By 11/6, my order had not even been processed. I called the store and spoke to the young woman who fulfills orders. She said she would fulfill my order that night if it was in stock. Otherwise, she would cancel it. Cynthia Beasley saved my entire life and Homecoming experience. She's a wonderful addition to the bookstore and she went above and beyond to make my GHOE fantastic. The suggested items that she sent to me were Dope. Even handled a refund for me today. I could be no happier and thanks A&T bookstore.
