Wings were great and they let me order all flats this will be my new chicken wing spot
The food was amazing I really liked how the fries came with everything! The workers are great but I saw two people sobbing together in the corner because which I assume is because the food is so good but other than that I give it a 10/10
We did the big take out and everybody enjoyed. They're nice and their food was delicious 🤤

Chang Express Chinese is a reliable Chinese restaurant located next to a Food Lion. The general tso with chicken lo mein and chicken wings with fried rice are popular menu items. The fried chicken wings and fried rice are consistently flavorful and satisfying. The sweet and sour chicken also receives high praise for its great taste and service. The staff is always friendly, and the service is super timely. Customers appreciate the restaurant's generosity, like when they donated extra fried rice to a customer in need.
