The personnel was very kind and patient, and they worked quickly! After receiving my drink and taking a seat, I finished my order in less than five minutes! In addition, the meal is delicious and well presented! I adored the atmosphere, which was just what I had anticipated!“

“Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!! They deserve 0 stars.“

“Just had my first experience with Scratch this afternoon. I ordered a 3 pc Tender in Nashville Hot and the 4 pc Cajun Seafood egg rolls. Y'all really knocked it out of the park. The NH had a strong bite but wasn't overpowering, and the egg rolls are just amazing. 10/10, will definitely return!“

“A happy smiling greeting goes a long way nowadays and your employees were all so welcoming and you could tell they were happy to be working there. Good food goes a long way but is extra good when served with a smile and a happy personality. it really made my day. 5 stars!!!“

“i loved the place go here all the time hey i will mention sometimes i get drive thru and they do miss like one or 2 drinks or sandwich’s or fries but they will change your order I got a salad one time that looked old and didn’t look fresh so i asked for fries instead and they gave me the fries for free other than that food is good nice staff clean restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: They have a playground there for your kids when they are done eating before you .“

“Based out of a Pit Stop gas station on Alamance near MLK. They have great food. Fried gizzards, fried chicken livers, tenders, fried chicken, wedges, etc. They're cheese steak, rice, tzatziki, and falafel are very good as well. Plus the owners are good guys. Friendly service. Definitely recommend.“

“The food was wonderful. Service was fantastic. There were a lot of people waiting for their food when we got there and done ordering. They had gone when we got done and left. It my have been the lunch crowd still. I'm not sure.“

“The chicken just isn't quite as good as I remember. Maybe everywhere chicken quality is down a bit due to the bird flu and the mass slaughter of millions of animals. Still one of the better children dining experiences around. Sides and drinks were excellent as always.“

“I never had serious problem at any chick fil a location good food great service as per usual. So I asked the lady at the register about a military discount I was shocked to hear they actually DO have one now but you have to be in uniform... I'm a veteran so I wont be never wearing a military uniform again and I'm going on 10 years now. My question is why don't we honor our military and our veterans? I just been feeling like I belong to a forgotten-class of great people who have sacrificed alot to benefit someone else so stop being stingy and share a little lol“

“I had such a poor experience today. The employee taking my order in drive thru seemed to not care whatsoever. She was rude, short, and didnt listen. She got my order completely wrong. when I went inside to have it fixed, they were kind about it but ultimately the food I ordered and was remade was still not correct. It just seemed so lax and like nobody was interested in caring much about making sure it was corrected properly. I didnt even so much as get an apology for how the employee acted or even my meal being wrong. Very disappointing experience.“
