“Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!! They deserve 0 stars.“

“Just had my first experience with Scratch this afternoon. I ordered a 3 pc Tender in Nashville Hot and the 4 pc Cajun Seafood egg rolls. Y'all really knocked it out of the park. The NH had a strong bite but wasn't overpowering, and the egg rolls are just amazing. 10/10, will definitely return!“

The personnel was very kind and patient, and they worked quickly! After receiving my drink and taking a seat, I finished my order in less than five minutes! In addition, the meal is delicious and well presented! I adored the atmosphere, which was just what I had anticipated!“

“This chick fil A is near my job so I frequent there for lunch. I really enjoy the food and service. What I look forward to the most is there speciality beverages. I can't say I've had one I didn't like. The pomegranate lemonade and the frosted one were my favorite. I do like the hibiscus one as well.“

“I normally take food to go, but this one time, I forgot my milkshakes on the parking lot. Staff was so kind that they remember who I was and reimburse me for the one I left behind. They really had outstanding customer service. Not because of the milkshakes, they are usually nice to everybody, and they do their job real well. I love chick fil a. “Absolutely amazing, and have some of the best fried chicken, as well as grilled chicken I've ever eaten. That says much bc they're on the top 5 ever!! Enjoying the meals at this restaurant ever since I first started going a couple months ago, and I hope to enjoy them even more so. They have great prices, great staff, and they really do have a smile on their face and make sure that they have a various exotic distinct menu of items for you to choose from. Highly recommend for anyone to try them out!“

“Based out of a Pit Stop gas station on Alamance near MLK. They have great food. Fried gizzards, fried chicken livers, tenders, fried chicken, wedges, etc. They're cheese steak, rice, tzatziki, and falafel are very good as well. Plus the owners are good guys. Friendly service. Definitely recommend.“

“When I got to the windows our food wasn't ready. So, I had to pull off to the side. They Young Lady said our food wasn't fresh and they wanted to give use fresh & hot food. Yes, please 🙏. But when I got our food they forgot our sauces and forks. The good news she was nice to gives 2 of each sauce for FREE, brought us forks too and apologize for the inconvenience. That is why I rather go to Chick-fil-A then to any other fast food places!!!“

“A great chickfila in addition to UNCG’s campus. The food is always good and it is fresh when I get it. It’s the best during lunch. Don’t let the long lines make you go away from the place. They are fast and get the food to you quickly. It’s helpful if your in a rush to go to class.“
