“Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!! They deserve 0 stars.“

“I tried chicken salad chick for the first time, and I will most definitely return! I had high hopes, but this place went above and beyond! The personnel was very kind and patient, and they worked quickly! After receiving my drink and taking a seat, I finished my order in less than five minutes! In addition, the meal is delicious and well presented! I adored the atmosphere, which was just what I had anticipated!“

“I normally take food to go, but this one time, I forgot my milkshakes on the parking lot. Staff was so kind that they remember who I was and reimburse me for the one I left behind. They really had outstanding customer service. Not because of the milkshakes, they are usually nice to everybody, and they do their job real well. I love chick fil a. “The chicken just isn't quite as good as I remember. Maybe everywhere chicken quality is down a bit due to the bird flu and the mass slaughter of millions of animals. Still one of the better children dining experiences around. Sides and drinks were excellent as always.“

“Based out of a Pit Stop gas station on Alamance near MLK. They have great food. Fried gizzards, fried chicken livers, tenders, fried chicken, wedges, etc. They're cheese steak, rice, tzatziki, and falafel are very good as well. Plus the owners are good guys. Friendly service. “I'm telling you right now, if you have not ate the chicken here then you haven't ate chicken. Their grilled chicken has the BEST flavor of any chicken I've ever eaten! The friend chicken is great as well, nice bite/crunch and super juicy! I mostly prefer fried chicken over grilled chicken but here, the grilled chicken is so remarkable that I would choose any day of the week, even over grandmas fried chciken! (Don't tell Grandma I said that). The rice is super flavorful and their fries are nice too. You HAVE to try the grilled chicken right now though, stop thinking about it and GO! “A great chickfila in addition to UNCG’s campus. The food is always good and it is fresh when I get it. It’s the best during lunch. Don’t let the long lines make you go away from the place. They are fast and get the food to you quickly. It’s helpful if your in a rush to go to class.“
