Ordered my pizza and the app showed complete. I called the store to state that I had not received my order and the employee stated the delivery was on the way and then HUNG UP ON ME! This is unacceptable and you just lost a customer for poor customer service.“
“This Domino's location can be great, but it can also be terrible. It is hit or miss for sure. Sometimes the food is made perfectly, other times the food looks, and taste, like a 4 year old made it. They definitely need some consistency. Not to mention, it's the same concept with their employee's attitudes. This is not my first choice when it comes to ordering pizza, no matter how cheap it is.“
“I order regularly and love how quick the staff is and the drivers try really hard, I always make sure I tip. Once in a blue moon the pizza is undercooked or some topping is missing, but Domino's makes that right easily. Love how quick they get here everything time, and the drivers are always friendly and respectful of your property.“
“So disappointed in my order today for so many reasons. You had a special posted on the pamphlet but then told me I couldn't have that special, then why is it sitting here for me to see but can't have. I was told to get the handmade pan pizza Black box... Some slices of pizza didn't have sauce cheese or my mushroom topping on it. Maybe it was a rush job I don't know but I had more dough than pizza toppings. I don't know if people are falling all over themselves for mushrooms but it could have been more mushrooms on the pizza as well considering the fact that two whole slices had no toppings on it whatsoever. Very disappointed I came back to work and tried to give it away.“
“3 stars for atmosphere only because there is none.... it's a domino's, as in pick up or delivery, lol. But we order a ridiculous amount of pizza most every Friday and they have it ready every time. Even when I forget to push the last button in the online app, they hustle to get my pizzas out for me. KUDOS to their crew and management.“

“My wife and I ordered last night for the first time in a few years and were pleasantly suprised.
Our pizzas were great! Other than the thins being a little not cut enough (which can happen with the thin crust, it can be tough to cut all the way through) they were pretty perfect pies. The young man who helped us was very nice and because we used the app we were in and out in literally 2 minutes ?“
“Very impressed with this store! Husband and I were in the area delivering and wanted a hot meal. We ordered online, left notes on our location in the semi truck. They were very fast, and the food was piping hot! Best damn pizza I've had from dominos the quality was perfect. Delivery was smooth, quick and he pulled right up to our truck, and was friendly. We'll definitely be using this store again whenever were back in greensboro craving a pie.“
“I went here yesterday to do a carryout and the app showed that my order was ready. When I walked in I was told it would be 8 minutes. So I went to the gas station and came back as soon as I pulled out the female who was working brought my oder to the door of the car she either had pink or green hair. I can't say how much i appreciated her doing that for me. I'm unsure of what her name is but yesterday she provided me with great customer service that she should be applauled for.“
“Tonight was a great experience. I was accommodated by Zeke on a complication order that was quite confusing for anyone involved. However, Zeke went approved and beyond to make things right. He has my loyalty for the store and I am from now on a faithful customer. Happy to be a dominos girly. I appreciate him so much. “
“Maaaann this team here at this local is awesome, we eat there at least 2 times a week. I appreciate these people for always being on point and to my dude who always is in there working, we all see you broski and you sir are Rockstar!! The only thing I've ever wanted was just a tad bit more sauce! Because extra sauce option is to much. Anyways all the food is always hot and taste amazing!!“
