Domino's Pizza in Greensboro

“Very friendly staff, was welcomed by the whole staff as soon as I walked through the door very professional and tidy and pizza was hot and fresh will definitely be going back to this location!! I've been to other Domino's and this one is by far the best service I have received with this company!!

“What a hidden gem of a location, as I was traveling down Randleman Road and GPS, I never even would’ve thought that there was a Domino’s Pizza down into Randleman Rd this far.... I kept driving and driving and finally I spotted this tucked away place, all alone, quiet and neat.. walked in and SMILES GALORE.. GREETING in unison.. Customer service is awesome and Top Notch. Very neat and clean restaurant, I’m very pleased to say that the customer service was very engaging , each employee gave a warm greeting..when I walked in Cashier/ Manager had a very happy smile and greeted me almost immediately and offered me many specials to choose from.This is my NEW DOMINOES location! Thanks for great customer service! My Extravaganza Pizza was Perfectly made!“

“So this is kind of a late review, but I also think its necessary. It was Halloween night and things were crazy and it was a huge rush, however, I think the staff at this location handled it well I liked how the district manager and the manager from another store came in and fixed the situation. There was another guy who was a delivery driver and diffused the situation at hand, and also helped as well.

I honestly think that the younger people that are hired there and were working the window and the front that night, definitely need more training when it comes to customer satisfaction, and resolving problems with customers.

But overall, I think it was good and things went well. I got my pizza and I went home so for that thank you.“

“Sunday’s crew had my order ready and waiting for me within the time frame their website had predicted. If you haven’t tried their Hawaiian, and you like pineapple, ham, bacon, green peppers, and cheese you should give this a try - it was delicious! Thank you.“

“I order from this dominoes nearly every Friday for work and they always have the order ready so quickly and the customer service has been great. I accidentally used an expired card once and they were very patient and helpful. Only once ever has my order been wrong and they went above and beyond to fix it and comped me a pizza. They really have it together“

“This place seems to have improved greatly in the last 2 years. I had had quite a few bad experiences with this location in the past but this past year I tried it again. Such a great improvement. Not sure what you all did but keep it up and you will earn my continued dollar for sure! Food and service is so much better! Highly recommend this location if you want good pizza fast!“

“3 stars for atmosphere only because there is none.... it's a domino's, as in pick up or delivery, lol. But we order a ridiculous amount of pizza most every Friday and they have it ready every time. Even when I forget to push the last button in the online app, they hustle to get my pizzas out for me. KUDOS to their crew and management.“

“One of the better Domino's to pick up from especially when you pre-order on the app. The food was ready and hot and made exactly as I asked for it. Often times when I get my pizza is well done at other restaurants even at other Domino's they tend to burn the crust or skimp out on the toppings. The New Garden location seems to never have that issue so the consistency is why I will go here even though there is a closer Domino's to my apartment.“

“I sat here with my lights flashing for 10 minutes because I ordered curbside. I became frustrated with the lack of awareness and went inside. I told the associate my name and he went right over and grabbed my order. I asked him about the policy Dominoes that allotted a free pizza if your order wasn’t out in a certain amount of time and a lady representative heard and was familiar. She asked her manager and he said the program is over. you earned a free pizza. I’m assuming they’ve felt they’ve gotten too big, and the customers are now collateral damage. I’m writing this review in my vehicle in front of the store, and There are more employees in there than customers, no excuse for bad service, ever!“

“This place has never let me down. I love the pizza deals. Today the weather was cold and nasty so I ordered delivery. Placed my order for a later delivery. Ofcourse I used the tracking method. The delivery time kept changing. I was ok with its monday night football is on. .Then it said my order was delivered which it wasn't. I called the store. They were so nice, offered me a refund or a new fresh order. I chose the refund cause it was getting late. Then 5 minutes later the order showed up. I felt bad for calling. The wings were hot and the the pizza was a little cold but good. The delivery lady was so sweet and apologized. I imagine at got the meal for free after asking for a refund. But I will drop by the store and give the driver a cash tip. Well deserved.“

“I had an exceptional experience with the employees at this location…I placed an online order for delivery…and I did not receive my sauces so I called the store to see if they could catch the driver because he may have just left them in the car…(simple mistake) the young lady that answered the phone was polite, with a great attitude she addressed my issue and handled it very well and the young delivery man came back and delivered my sauces. Thank you all !!! Good job!!!“
