KFC in Greensboro

“I'm there usually once a week. I've signed up for their text messages with a weekly special. I've gotten hooked on KFC. The chicken is really very flavorful and meaty. I like the original recipe. I don't care for lots of crust. It's good, I've had it but I prefer less. I really like the KFC famous bowl, creamed potatoes, gravy, corn, cheese, and chicken nuggets. I like to fish out my nuggets and eat separately with hot sauce. It's very satisfying meal. I love their biscuits. Best flavor and consistency. I get honey to put on my biscuit but once I take a bite a lot of times I don't even bother with the honey. The biscuit is so good I just scarf it down. I love honey but should stop getting it cos it doesn't make it to my biscuit most of the time. The chicken pot pie is absolutely delicious. The crust is perfect. I'd get it for the crust alone. However it does not satisfy my hunger. Not enough filling especially chicken. Either it's changed or I have. I know before the pandemic it filled me up now it doesn't. I think businesses are doing the best they can to have good food at affordable prices so I don't fault them. The pandemic changed and ruined a lot of good stuff. I do still get the pot pie b/c it is so very tasty . So far I've not had any bad food. All very good that I've tried. I most always do drive thru. I've never had to wait. The service has been very friendly and efficient.“

“The KFC on West Market Street in Greensboro is the worst franchise. They asked what drinks we wanted with our meal and then handed us hot, flat drinks.. didn't even say anything about not having ice or a cold drink until we asked for the ice. No apologies, just that their ice is out right now. No explanation why the drink was hot or why there was no fizz. I said I would like a discount and they said they couldn't do that and shut the drive thru door on us. The chicken was also cooked too hard and so salty I couldn't eat the thigh. The leg was OK but really tiny.
We have given this location several chances to prove they can do better but we haven't been here a single time without something really stupid or careless happening. No more chances!!!“

“Keshia’s service was out this world. There was an issue with the cook but she assured my boyfriend and I that she would have our chicken out as soon as possible. I have had a few interactions with her on multiple visits. I can say she is always respectful, helpful, and such a great server. She is truly the glue at this location.“

“Last night, at around 10pm, my partner and I went to this KFC for a nice warm meal. We spent all day in the pouring rain moving heavy furniture into our new apartment. We had not eaten at all that day, so i was starving and wanted a lot of food. I got the 5pc combo, and wanted a large mashed potatoes. We were told that the combos couldn't do large mashed potatoes, and I was fine with that.

There was this wonderful lady working there, and i think she was all alone. When she brought us our food, she ended up giving us the large potatoes anyways! That gesture meant the world to me. That large mashed potato gave me so much joy after that long painful day. That's deserving of a 5 star. I want the worker to know how much that meant to me.“

“Customer Serice was great and the food great but the atmosphere smelled like straight Urine no not the bathroom the DINING area it smelled so bad I was praying to smell some grease or chicken but the smell didn’t break.

5 stars on the service and the food but 0 for Urine smell. KFC dining room should never smell like Urine almost lost my appetite“

“I place my KFC orders online, and both the food and delivery service are EXCELLENT!!! I have no complaints at all. The people who deliver are on time and very polite. I just talked with the manager, Nathan Harrison, and I promised him I'd post a positive review. I will continue to place my orders with this KFC store. Keep up the great work!!!“
