“Jamaica is amazing! She is always in a good mood. She is polite and she’s always working hard to make sure that the customers know that she sees them and will get to them as soon as possible. She’s even polite to the Dasher. I would recommend anybody who has had a bad experience at Wendy’s to come see Jamaica.“

“The lady taking orders at the drive thru was so welcoming as if she was taking my order at a fancy 5 star restaurant..She did ask me & my family to pull around the wait wasn’t long and the gentleman who bought the food to the car was just as kind..I’ve been to this location during the day & I don’t get much of the same service or freshly made food..After a long day of traveling the night crew definitely made my stop before bed worth it! Keep up the good work!!“

“Enjoyed a dine-in for two just now, and it was surprisingly delicious; well cooked and fresh tasting burgers, fries and tenders. The fries had a great flavor and a perfect amount of crunch!

Service was pleasant and quick. Yes it’s the typical atmosphere, so nothing special there, but overall, a great experience.“

“Yall, I found the hack for the vanilla milk shakes at wendys. Cause you know when you go through the drive thru and you order a milk shake, they will tell you the machine is down. Guess what place an order on the Wendy's app. You will get the shake! Thank me later, yall. My kids have been wanting a milkshake for three months, and this was our first time using the app and getting milkshakes. I call that a win.

“Store #614 was amazing !!!! Cleanest store I have seen in a long time !!!!!!!! The staff was amazing very helpful and friendly!!!!!! This was the best lunch I have had in a long time !!!!!!!’ I had a sad day and the staff picked me up with the laughs and the best atmosphere. It’s a relaxed friendly store !!!!!!!! “Wendy's is a great company for older persons and young people to work out of college or high school or second income with a set schedule every evening or regular day shift with opportunity for advancement most Wendy's. The food is usually is good and fresh and you pay for what you get usually.“

“This is a nice clean Wendy’s with a delicious chicken, apple, walnut salad with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing. Yum! I was impressed with Patrick who was so nice and polite helping the people in front of me, and then helped me, too. I came to Greensboro on business today and got the salad for dinner before heading back home. The bathroom was locked so I knocked, no answer and asked Patrick if I needed a key. He was really nice and said no, so I waited and read my emails. He came to see if I got in, and I appreciated that he followed up. He got the manager who unlocked it. I’ll come back to Wendy’s for this salad—the pecans and yummy dressing makes it better than at Chick-fil-a, plus there are more Wendy’s everywhere. Glad I stopped here and thanks, Patrick!“

“This is my frequent drive-thru place for nutritious and "taste-good" food on the run; parked on site & watch the world go by; or take-out to chow down at home at leisure.I LOVE Wendy's chili, and their oatmeal bars(which are not always available)!!Food is reliably consistent; but drive-thru service is often slow.“

“The 1st time I came it was wonderful but 2rd time is was weird the employees were so terrible they were fighting and called each other names like who seriously hired them? the food was late 1 fry was uncooked.Food was cold too and somehow a car crash outside.“

Employees were pretty chill-by chill i mean not rude but not over the top and fake smiles. Ordered and was out the door in maybe 8 minutes. Got one of the brownie ice cream treats (not sure the name. I dont go out much). Chicken tenders and fries were good quantity but food wasnt 100%hot. More of room temp. Otherwise, nice little location“
