“Jamaica is amazing! She is always in a good mood. She is polite and she’s always working hard to make sure that the customers know that she sees them and will get to them as soon as possible. She’s even polite to the Dasher. I would recommend anybody who has had a bad experience at Wendy’s to come see Jamaica.“

“I usually do breakfast. The only fast food that I know that has fried eggs which I prefer and love. Get tired of scrambled every where else. I think their sausage is the best one, right amount of spice and zing, very tasty. A good patty size. A variety of biscuits available, bacon, chicken. I've done both both are good. I love the baconator cos I love bacon. I get that sometimes. Lunch/ supper I get bake potato often. Their chicken nuggets are very very good, flavor and size. I love love love the flavor of their chili. Use to get it every day for awhile but now I never get it. It's still delicious but it's pot luck if it's nice and hearty and satisfies your hunger or if it's BEAN soup that day. Still tastes good but still hungry. I complained about it on many surveys but nothing changed so finally I just quit getting it. I don't like still being hungry and have to eat something else to be full. Those are my go tos. I do like their burgers and salads, in fact all their food is good. They just need to get consistent with their chili where it's ALWAYS thick and hearty NOT bean soup. The frostys are bland. I get once in awhile cos I'm hot and want something cold.“

“Yall, I found the hack for the vanilla milk shakes at wendys. Cause you know when you go through the drive thru and you order a milk shake, they will tell you the machine is down. Guess what place an order on the Wendy's app. You will get the shake! Thank me later, yall. My kids have been wanting a milkshake for three months, and this was our first time using the app and getting milkshakes. I call that a win.

“Wendy's is a great company for older persons and young people to work out of college or high school or second income with a set schedule every evening or regular day shift with opportunity for advancement most Wendy's. The food is usually is good and fresh and you pay for what you get usually.“

“Store #614 was amazing !!!! Cleanest store I have seen in a long time !!!!!!!! The staff was amazing very helpful and friendly!!!!!! This was the best lunch I have had in a long time !!!!!!!’ I had a sad day and the staff picked me up with the laughs and the best atmosphere. It’s a relaxed friendly store !!!!!!!! Love it there !!!!!!!!!“

“The 1st time I came it was wonderful but 2rd time is was weird the employees were so terrible they were fighting and called each other names like who seriously hired them? the food was late 1 fry was uncooked.Food was cold too and somehow a car crash outside.“

“I originally came for chili but it wasn’t to my liking but thanks to the lady in drive thru she helped me so I went on to buy a crispy chicken bag I had to pull up & wait a few minutes but my entire order was fresh so no complaints there & good customer service“

“This is my frequent drive-thru place for nutritious and "taste-good" food on the run; parked on site & watch the world go by; or take-out to chow down at home at leisure.I LOVE Wendy's chili, and their oatmeal bars(which are not always available)!!Food is reliably consistent; but drive-thru service is often slow.“

“Mom and my niece wanted it. I only waited a couple of minutes and got my order taken. Unlike the Wendy's on MLK, everything was hot and my complete order was correct. Staff was friendly and quick. Can't beat that!

Parking: Parking available on both sides of the restaurant and plenty of room to back out without interrupting the drive thru. Good luck turning left into Summit afterwards.“

“I ran out to the market and decided to stop by to grab a bite to eat on my adventure. When I got Wendy’s I did notice that the parking lot was clean and as I entered the store although it was busy, I was greeted promptly. Since I had ordered my food via the mobile app, I didn’t have to wait long for my food. It was hot, but not as fresh as I had hoped. The fries were a bit greasy and tasted as if they had been fried in old grease. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their tea was Southern Sweet Tea and refreshing. The dining area was clean but the trash can was overflowing. Overall experience was a 4. Would I go back yes but in hopes that the food is a bit more pleasing.

Kid-friendliness: They do have a children’s menu and in most cases, if you utilize the app there are always deals for a kids meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wide enough for a wheelchair and they do have accessible parking. My only concern would be when the drive thru is full of cars, then it may be an issue for someone in a wheelchair getting to the entrance more easily.“

“I want to give the biggest shout out to Mr Ingrahm at the register. If more stores could get employees with his enthusiasm and drive. This young man could have sold us everything on the menu. Oh and the food was good as well. Sore high Mr Ingrahm!“
