i asked for a salad with no chicken & not only was chicken on the salad but i was missing other ingredients from the salad. so i called to voice my frustration and the young lady who answered the pbo e was more interested in convincing she was an assistant regional manager than addressing my concerns. then i was hung up on. i will be calling again tomorrow. this is unacceptable
Pulled up to the drive thru last night 6/2/2020 at 6:50 PM to grab some quick food after working till six then having to run to the grocery store before curfew went in to effect. As I waited all of 30 seconds someone came on the microphone to tell me they were closed. I told the lady it just hit 7:00 PM then she turned me over to her manager who basically told me the same thing but added, they were out of food.
