The drive thru worker was chill
Went to this location after a rude interaction at the Firetower location. This location had great customer service and let us know that it would be a couple of minutes for our food. Our food was fresh and good.
Arby's, located near the ECU campus, offers a clean dining environment with a spacious and well-maintained interior. The restaurant is known for its variety of options beyond burgers, with respectable amounts of meat on their sandwiches. Customers appreciate the great customer service, friendly staff, and attentive service, with extra pickles on Classic Sandwiches being perfect. The dining room is neat, open, and airy, and the bathrooms are extremely clean, well-stocked, and smell good. The drive-thru staff is well trained, friendly, and communicates clearly, making ordering easy and efficient. The 4 for $10 deal remains a good value for families. While the restaurant sometimes experiences delays with online orders and delivery issues, the crew often goes above and beyond to provide good service. The parking lot is small but parking inside is ample, making it convenient for customers. It is also kid-friendly. Despite occasional issues like cold crinkle fries and missing AuJu sauce, overall, customers leave satisfied and often rate their experience highly.
