Then after I asked about my order that was paid for & placed 27 minutes before (when I first arrived at the mall) he proceeded to tell one of his co workers in front of me “some people need to practice patience” like I wasn’t just asking about my food since I was the only person standing there waiting at this point. Literally watched people order and get their food before me so why wouldn’t I ask what’s going on?! Customer service was great because my father in laws order was incorrect, and the KFC staff kindly corrected the order and provided another meal for free, which we ate off of for a few days. It is conveniently located near ECU hospital, too.“
