They had two other cars pulled ahead because they had to wait on their food order and they continued to take orders and take money and then have others park on the side. If you can't fulfill the orders you have, don't take more.
We frequently use the drive thru here. The service is usually pretty good. Today, however, was not a good day. We received our order and the drive thru employee looked like she was not having a good day. She was helpful anyway and didn’t even fuss when we asked (again) for a large fry at the window. My food is usually pretty good depending on the management. I frequent this location a lot. The service would be better if they didn’t have these kids standing outside in ridiculous weather conditions so long that they can’t feel their fingers! It’s unbelievable. I went a couple of nights ago and was blown away by this and didn’t order. I called corporate and made a complaint about this but I see it didn’t help. Take better care of your staff!
