“I went to this store on 11/4/2024 and went for a pick up order. I went inside and it was dissappointing as no one said good mornign although I did. I was not acknowledged at all. I went to the counter and waited as the young lady was preparing some orders. After not being acknowledged I gave my name and she said nothing....Well she then handed me my coffee again without saying anything to me, however the staff was cackling to eachother. When I spend my money I would at least like to be acknowledged. This is sad becasue I used to go here all the time and they have always had top tier service. Staff need to know that a simple good morning can make or break your store...IJS.“

“Morning shift always gets things done. Love them! -1 star because of the lunch shift. Everytime I go after 2pm, they are literally standing there doing nothing. Screen was full of red tickets one time, they were just standing behind the counter talking. Went to pick a mobile order through the drive thru recently, sat there for what felt like 5 minutes, and no one answered. Pulled around and decided to go inside, and I noticed two of the workers who wore headsets were sitting outside eating.

Again, I applaud the morning shift.
Lunch shift could do better.“

“Love Dunkin so much. Love going there before work for coffee and breakfast. My go to drink is a medium frozen coffee with caramel and oatmilk and it never misses. Most of the people are pretty nice and helpful, there has been an instance of workers having attitudes with each other on the line because of some kitchen frustration. Everytime I have gone they have had it correct and completed in a timely manner. Sometimes it does get busy but they are good with keeping up with mobile orders“
