“I am completely surprised with these reviews after having come from the Halifax location and having a completely HORRENDOUS experience (review included on their page). I was shocked to find out they're owned and operated by the same people (or management) because this store was busier than the other store, but we were greeted promptly, professionally, and pleasantly. The service was fast and top notch. A mistake was made that they fixed very professionally AND quickly. This was an amazing experience compared to the other Dunkin' Donuts.“
