“The location was updated and modern with all the new branding. I had a great experience in the drive thru and the iced coffee tasted great. From the drive thru window, the establishment appears to be clean and kept with the ice cream and cakes available for purchase. I don't see those alot anymore.“

“I'm giving 5 stars because it's not the businesses fault that their newer staff members "hope your milk shake tastes like Sh¡t" because they messed up the order and after waiting on it for 20 minutes, it had to be remade.I'm in here often, this is a recent issue.To the (younger) staff, we can hear you (and all the customer slanding) from all the way at the back door...To These New owners, you might want to secret shop your south Whiteville MCdonalds location, be (reasonably)difficult, see how your staff handles it.This would be a 1 start review if the previous owners didn't earn/build such a great customer relationship. That being said, if I over hear anymore interactions between the staff and customers like I did today, I'll up date this review to 1/5 stars as it should be.“
