“This location must have switched management because every time I come, there’s always a very friendly and bubbly man that either greets me or wishes me a wonderful day. He is always helping the employees and is on top of handing or delivering orders to customers. I did not catch this gentleman’s name but I hope he stays at this location because a lot of fast food places don’t have employees with this type of needed personality. I hope whoever is the DM for this area sees this review and rewards this man, he deserves it!“

“Always a great experience at this Taco Bell location! Even late at night, the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient when giving us time to decide from the menu at the drive-thru. Be sure to try the new Crispy Chicken nuggets- they are AMAZING!! 🌮😋💯“

“I stopped in on the way to class at UNCW. I was really short on time and needed something for our class potluck. Dalton told me that it would take about 20 minutes to complete my walk-in order. I really didn’t have a minute beyond 20 to spare. He took my order, asked another worker to finish ringing me up, and he personally went to start making my pizza. Once my order was on the oven, he gave me updates on the time. This was the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Dalton and Hampstead PizzaHut!“

“Every time I visit or order to go, they are always enthusiastic to serve you, with a smile if you go inside, and everything is always made to order, and if it ain't right and you are watching them it is your fault. All the food ingredients are fresh and they are always willing to do what you want on your sub. Great ppl always“

“My daughter and I have been coming here about 4 years almost every day!!! Amanda, the manager, deserves a raise!!! She is very good at what she does and is on top of everything! Matter of fact, the staff all need raises after having to put up with some of the people that they still serve with a smile! Great bunch of people!!! Great tasting, fresh food!!! 😋 Stop in and tell them Ms. Donna and her daughter sent you (the ones that come in all the time and get a lot of lettuce on their sandwichs). 💪👍🙋‍♀️“
