Please provide sweet and unsweet tea and if it has to be behind your counter to meet guest needs and COVID guidelines. Staff was awesome and food was delicious! Look forward to visiting again!“

“Always a great experience at this Taco Bell location! Even late at night, the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient when giving us time to decide from the menu at the drive-thru. Be sure to try the new Crispy Chicken nuggets- they are AMAZING!! 🌮😋💯“

“It's not a bad location for the most part. Most of the time, the food is good, made correct and everything is OK, every once in a while you'll get a stall bun, hidden pinion on no onion orders and a bun that's hard or soaked in grease, but not often.“

“The staff are victims of lack of enough workers yet they continued to do their jobs as swiftly as possible. The few there were all multi-tasking to get customers orders completed. The restaurant was clean.
Even though we had to wait over 20 mins for our breakfast, we can't complain about the food it was prepared properly. We will definitely not stop again when we are on a schedule.“

“My daughter and I have been coming here about 4 years almost every day!!! Amanda, the manager, deserves a raise!!! She is very good at what she does and is on top of everything! Matter of fact, the staff all need raises after having to put up with some of the people that they still serve with a smile! Great bunch of people!!! “I wish I had gotten the girls name but I went in last night around 7 and ordered three foot long BMT’s. This young lady was extremely professional, hard working, and took pride in her work. “I was so looking forward to This Bojangles Opening. Went this morning and ordered a Country Ham Biscuit 2 Sausage and egg biscuits and one biscuit and gravy combo. The gravy looked like water with a couple tiny pieces of sausage. It really looked disgusting. Turned my stomach. I came back through the drive thru and told them I didn't want it. It just didn't look good at all. I asked for a sausage and egg biscuit in its place. Offered to pay any difference in cost. Manager was very rude and told me he made the gravy himself, so he knows it was right. He said just pull up to the curb and I'll bring it out. He gave me the biscuit. It was a sausage egg and cheese. Not a sausage and egg. Everything was cold. Biscuits were hard as a brick. Terrible. Very Disappointed ☹️“

“I stopped in on the way to class at UNCW. I was really short on time and needed something for our class potluck. Dalton told me that it would take about 20 minutes to complete my walk-in order. I really didn’t have a minute beyond 20 to spare. He took my order, asked another worker to finish ringing me up, and he personally went to start making my pizza. Once my order was on the oven, he gave me updates on the time. This was the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Dalton and Hampstead PizzaHut!“
