“For a special occasion last week, we travelled from Durham to Wilmington try this restaurant. We were NOT disappointed and it was so worth the trip! The dishes were all plant-based absolutely delicious. Even if you are normally a carnivore, you will not miss having meat. The restaurant space itself is beautiful and very tasteful and relaxing. All the staff were super friendly and hospitable. Felt like I was saying good-bye to friends when we left. Looking forward to my next trip to Wilmington!“

“Though I worked in Wilmington for several years, commuting from Myrtle Beach, I didn’t discover Ruth’s until today when a couple of locals took me for breakfast . Absolutely great food, quick out of the kitchen. Our waitress bantered with me and that was the icing on the cake. But, she also shared diet specific dishes for one of my companions with gluten restrictions. If you are a homecooking kind of human…you must try Ruth’s!!!“

“Left the dentist office and saw this restaurant. Decided that is where I’m getting my lunch. Walked in and was greeted by a lady that was polite and she spoke English which was even better. I ordered the Steak Torta to go. Took about 10-12 minutes. When I got back to work I Kilt that sandwich because it was so FIRE! I am definitely coming back to try other dishes.“

“I bought Pad Thai no peanuts and chicken. Picked it up and the chicken was so dry the whole dish was. I also bought dumplings had to use that saw on my Pad Thai. Eaten here before always good. This was upsetting $26 for a disappointment didn’t even finish it.“

“My husband and I have been here multiple times over the last 5 years and tonight was so disappointing. The steak was the dryest piece of meat you could have imagined and the remaining entrees our table ordered were extremely underwhelming for the price. The "rack" of elk was two extremely small pieces for an astronomical price. A $400 meal that was overwhelmingly disappointing and was not a culinary experience as we've had in the past. Save your money and go elsewhere.“

They stored my cake for me while we ate then the crew came out with flames a flickering as they lit up the candles and all sang and clapped. “Excellent! Ordered the Cadillac Margarita, which was very good and the Tacos DE PESCADO, which was excellent. I subbed out the beans for fried plantains, which were delicious as well. Rice is sort of like the cilantro lime rice you get at Chipotle, only better. Slow Wednesday evening, not many people in there, but food was out quickly and served hot. Alex, my server, was attentive and pleasant. First time visit for me but will definitely be back.“

“Great place for a late dinner. The waitress (from Ashe) was absolutely fabulous. The food was fresh and prepared with love. The atmosphere was great. We try to not go into a restaurant an hour before closing because we know the staff is tired and ready to leave. Then, sometimes the food isn't as good as it would be when the restaurant first opens, but K38 Baja off of Military Cutoff was marvelous. Thank you for great customer service.“

The restaurant gives you a discount on your dinner and a piece of deep fried cheesecake for dessert. The Hibachi meal was plentiful and we all took some home..
