The drive thru (Crystal Ragland) was rude and very unprofessional. No greeting, no thank you. Just some type of negatively was apparent, giving my order almost seemed combative. She lied and said she was the mgr at first. Hardees has a better drive thru with better customer svc than this. I have never encountered a drive thru svc like this. When I go again and see her, I'll go elsewhere thank you. Retraining in order. Hometown, longtime customer.

Hardee's offers hot, fresh food with friendly service. The breakfast platter, biscuits, and pie arrive hot, and the iced coffee is delicious. Great cheeseburgers have been a staple since the Six Dollar Burger campaign. The fries are the best, though seasoning levels vary by location. Staff are cheerful, hard-working, and wonderful, making visits enjoyable. The drive thru may be slower, but the taste is worth it. The Dabney drive location is a landmark with nice staff. Orders are usually 100% correct, quick, hot, and tasty. Parking is easy with plenty of space. This Reidsville NC location offers easy access for all, with a kid-friendly, wonderful staff.
