Unfortunately so many businesses are understaffed and Arby’s is no exception. There were only a couple workers and the lobby was closed. The employees were doing the best they could, considering how short staffed they were. The employees are the only reason I am giving it more than 1 star. They were polite and courteous. The sandwich I purchased that night was NOT what my wife expected. It was made poorly and didn't have half the meat it was supposed to have. I will eat there again but will not order that particular sandwich for her again.
