Yesterday Chuck went above and beyond to make sure I got my breakfast order. I really appreciate his effort and kindness and I think he should be recognized. Made my morning !
Ruben Almanza (an employee) stated under a Facebook post that black natural hair isn’t professional and if black people wanted a job at CFA they need to work in the back so customers don’t see their natural hair. Ruben also stated that it’s company’s policy not to hire black people with natural hair and it’s the company’s discretion. An employee by the name of Ruben Almanza stated that this store does not allow individuals with their natural hair to work “front house” but “back of house” positions. He implied that natural hair is not a standard of chick fil a and it is apart of their policy!! I do not support discrimination of any kind and will not support this business.
