Yes, Debbie is still the owner and they moved to Upward Rd (just a block or two from I26, next to Subway) when the owner of the building in their old location sold it (they just rented the building). Send they dodged a bullet when he did that - the building flooded when Helene hit us hard last year.
Anyway, the food is as great as it always was, and the service is always offered with a smile! My personal favorite are the biscuits & gravy...
I came in to have breakfast this morning and the owner of this place was exhibiting DISGUSTING behavior towards her staff! I will never go back again and I will make sure to tell everyone i know not to go give this woman a penny!! Everyone has bad days but this was way beyond that!! The things that were coming out of her mouth made me want to cry! DESPICABLE!! The disrespect was beyond anything I've ever seen in my life!!!
Mustang Cafe is a great place. They cook their chicken tenders with love and also serve them with love. Love is the important ingredient! The servers took their time to get to know me as a regular and know what I want right when I walk in now.

The country fried steak special with three sides and a drink for 12 dollars was extremely worth it. Everything was cooked just perfectly, and the fried okra is definitely recommended. The food is good and not over priced. Kids were welcome, and it is wheelchair accessible.
