We arrived at 1150am, line was backed up, when we decided to go in, a manager and employee were walking out in the parking lot, the manager yelled waiting on biscuits maybe it was her voice but it was hateful. They only had one car at window, from our observation, so they don't know how to pull up vehicles. While waiting on our passengers who went in 10 minutes for them to move the line, the lady taking orders was hateful

The young employees are professional, courteous, and have a positive attitude, making sure customers have everything they need. Although they can get busy and occasionally miss something in an order, the food is always very good. The manager is also courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth service. The drive-thru service is efficient, though it is important to place your order at the right window. The staff is very nice and provides great customer service, sometimes offering free biscuits for any inconvenience. Overall, Bojangles offers good food and exceptional customer service.
