Dining room was dirty. The employee that took out order was friendly and polite, he seemed happy to be at work.
Overall, Zaxby’s as a chain has kind of been on a long, slow journey downhill over the years. But the Zaxby’s on Upward Road beside Waffle House in Hendersonville? They must be operating under a completely different set of rules.
The wings were actually crispy. The sauce actually made it onto the wings. The toast was, believe it or not, toasted. The fries were cooked all the way through and didn’t taste like they were introduced to the fryer in passing.

The interior of the restaurant was dank & dirty. The food wasn't very good. The tea was weak.
